Windows Xp Freezes During Installation

I can't log into Windows from the desktop. When I boot the pc it immediatly returns to Setup (not all the way back to the windows reinstall disk where you have a choice to format and install XP or It always stops at the 37 minute mark.

I've gotten past this problem by doing a shift+F10 during the install and looking at the XP install logs (setupapi.log?). This is the first time I encountered such a problem. Sorry this is long winded and I probably still left out some stuff so let me know if you need any more info.
