You need to get to the hidden restore part of windows and copy the software or system file that you need to fix into the registry. I DO NOT want to Format if I dont have to. If you have a dual-boot or multiple-boot system, use the arrow keys to select the installation that you want to access, and then press ENTER. Agree with raphoenix. have a peek at these guys
