In my instance I wanted to access a specific directory to share (on a server). Everything works fine. Most of the files like svchost.exe, regsvr.exe, spoolsv32.exe, taskmgr.exe, sys.exe, rundll.exe, explorasi.exe, csrss.exe, winupdate.exe are System required processes. If required Run as administrator and see if it helps.
