Should we kill the features that users are not using frequently, to improve performance? The issue appears to be in the mail service not listening for traffic originating on outside IPs. I know that my ISP does not block my port 25 (I've connected through it routinely, as recently as yesterday), so I figure that the blocking is happening locally.
