It is a configuration issue, you need to configure and use the default reporting services instance, as this is what SRS supports, it will not support named. For those who are curious / need the info.

But, the problem is, when I double-click any of the report (both from console and web site), the following error occurs: An error has occurred during report processing. (rsProcessingAborted) Cannot impersonate I could browse to the default SQL reporting website and also the management website. As an added bonus this also fixed a problem with the R3 Power Management reports complaining about missing Dundas Controls.
