Delete the SID from the profile list hive (just right click on it and hit delete). I believe that PVS v6.1 and newer do not need patching as the fix has been integrated back into the RTM’d product.

In fact, there are two, most recently likely created when I made the mistake of uninstalling all recent updates (this to troubleshoot) but did not restart between each uninstall.
