I don't know if this is related , probably is , but when I first rebooted the terminal servers I encountered event id 1048 Terminal Service start failed . I did however get a program can't start because secsnmp.dll is missing - I believe this to be a Samsung printer thing and when I removed the connect client printers option Maybe I will try File Monitor and see what it's pulling up. The Terminal Services service pointed to "%systemroot%\system32\termsvcs.exe" like in Windows 2000 whereas all of my other 2003 servers point to: %systemroot%\system32\svchost.exe -k termsvcs. I haven't tried a local non admin user , but I am just about to ... Ihave waited a long time and it never goes any further and end up logging the session off .
