I don't want to play with mine.Dell has a 32 bit diagnostics,that you should be able to run from your resource cd or download from the site. Dell WILL try to con you into reinstalling over a diagnostic error, which NEVER works for more than a week if at all. Put the drive back in the box, slap the return label on and tape it shut.
