You can now launch the Disk cleanup tool by running Cleanmgr.exe from the command prompt. We haven’t previously added the Ink and Handwriting Services, so we get a popup window informing us that they are required in order to install Desktop Experience. Here is my little contribution. ReplyHi! Cleanmgr Command Line The tool to accomplish this is Disk Cleanup, but it is conspicuously missing in Server 2008… or is it? The Applied Innovations post explains where to find the files in the WinSxS folder on Windows Server 2008 R2. To enable it, there are two possibilities: (Not recommended) Install the Desktop Experience feature.
