Windows 7 Disk Cleanup Not Deleting Files

- About once every two-three days is enough and tell it to remove some of the old ones.
- Right-click the drive you want to clean, and then click Properties.
- If you reside outside of the United States, you consent to having your personal data transferred to and processed in the United States.
- Move files to another volume or archive them to backup media.

Check This Out on the computer that does work, i can just hit the button in disk properties (as a normal local user) and it starts scanning the disk.
At this point, I would make a backup of your important documents, then perform a destructive recovery which formats the computer and reinstalls all the software back to factory condition..Unfortunatley, you Disk Cleanup Command Line Switches I have not had time to find it. It's available for Windows 8, Windows 7 and Windows Vista.
