That seems to be the point of failure. Also, the account is set to never expire. Would suggest you carefully check if the user you're connecting with has proper authorizations on the remote machine. new-ManagementRoleAssignment -Name:RoleName -Role:ApplicationImpersonation -User:Account where: –Name parameter specifies the name of the new role assignment, for example, ConnectionUMServicesAcct. I gave gurutc points because that got me to think about permissions. The entire process was not being performed by the same account. If yours are physical servers, or virtualized on another platform, then you'll need to look for different time sync settings.
